All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Cleanup: In the spring (mid to late April) repair all damaged lawn areas caused by snow removal. • Rake the entire lawn area to include removal of all leaves, debris and gravel, as well as reseeding. • Prune shrubs as needed • Sweep the driveway and walkway areas in the spring, remove all sand, • debris and branches from the premises. Weekly Maintenance (Starting in May, or earlier if needed) • Mow the lawn area weekly, more or less frequently as needed, to include trimming around all buildings, shrubbery and other areas not accessible to the mower. (Estimated 12 weeks of service for the initial period, 16 weeks in each extension offered. Actual weeks of service may be mor or less depending on need.) • Downed limbs or other debris will be routinely removed throughout the season. The Troop Commander may, after discussion with the provider, require additional or less mowing upon request. • Treatment of lawn area during growing season, as needed with fertilizer, lime, etc., to encourage healthy growth. • Sweep the driveway and walkway areas • Keep brush cut/trimmed on roadside area of front parking lot (from edge of parking lot to edge of Waterboro Road). Fall Clean Up • Rake and remove all leaves and debris from the entire lawn area before snow fall.
