The contractor/Central Monitoring Station (CMS) shall meet all requirements listed in this document. The contract would be for one year, with the possibility of two 2-year renewals. Bid should be based on a per month, per location basis for complete service as listed in the mandatory requirements section. The contractor/Central Monitoring Station (CMS) shall provide security monitoring services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (24/7) MEARNG facilities, throughout the state of Maine. The contractor/CMS shall provide monitoring for multiple applications of installed security alarm systems in accordance (and compliance) with UL 827 Central Station Alarm Services and UL 2050 (CRZM) National Industrial Security Systems for protection of National Security Information & Equipment and with the specifications contained herein. The contractor/CMS shall receive alarm signaling in Contact Identification format (CID) from existing and new burglar alarm panels with POTS lines, UPLINK cellular and/or internet reporting. The CMS will provide immediate notification to the appropriate designated personnel and/or law enforcement, as designated per standard operating procedures in the event an alarm signal is received. The CMS must monitor troubles or trouble conditions, and alarm signals.
