Contractor will supply all tools, labor and materials to construct a: Wood framed building to be built on top of existing foundation. The building will be 40 feet by 25 feet in size and include a 12’ x 12’ garage door, and 4 windows that measure 32” x 54” and one 3’ main door. The building should be wood framed using 2” x 6” KD material, with a wall height of 12 feet. Walls should be sheathed out with a minimum of ½” T1-11. Roof is to be built with structural trusses built to withstand snow-load as defined in IBC2021 building code. Roof is to be sheathed with 5/8 plywood material and covered with architectural shingles with a minimum 50-year warranty.
