1. Generator planned maintenance (PM) and service shall be provided for a period of (3) three years (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2028) with two (2) – 1 year renewal options by the Contractor on all generators at the below listed facilities. Planned maintenance visits shall be (1) one annually for each generator. NOTE: The successful contractor shall perform the PM prior to November 30 of each year of the contract. 2. The successful contractor shall be responsible to set-up the scheduled PM visit for each site and shall notify each contact person (via e-mail) of the scheduled visit date and time; 3. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, fluids, special equipment, and services in conformance with the terms and conditions as outlined in this RFP. The Contractor shall be responsible to properly dispose of any removed fluids and any associated debris; 4. The Contractor shall have on staff properly trained personnel that possess the ability, to perform the PM and service work at all the listed facilities; 5. The Contractor shall be responsible to adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations that may pertain to the type of work being performed
