This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is N6278622T0004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-075 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337121 with a small business size standard of 1,000.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit quotes.
All bid prices must include shipping FOB Destination CONUS (CONtinental U.S.). No partial shipments are permitted, unless otherwise specified by Contracting Officer at time of award. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2), Soliciting Competition.
The NAVSEA SUPSHIP - Bath requires custom Table and Chair Coverings with imprimted crests and other identifications added using both single color and multi color etching sublimation . Required items and etchings are defined in Attachment DDG 120 Table and Chair Cvers Line Items. Offers may be submit via email to directly to pamela.j.everett2.civ@us.navy.mil.
Award will be made on the basis of "best value" to the government as defined in FAR 2.101 using the following evaluation criteria;
Experience: Experience in providing a similar table and chair coverings.
Past Performance: Assessments / evaluations by third parties (including those prepared by others and submitted by the offeror) of recent (past 24 months) performance in providing similar products using the material and customization process requested. Records contained in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will be reviewed as part of this factor.
Price: Total price inclusive of all elements specified in the contractor portion of the scope of work.
