CSOB Provided Equipment: Coolers, refrigerators, freezers, grills, fryolators, ovens, shelving, dishwasher, commercial kitchen equipment If CSOB equipment is used, the awarded Bidder is responsible for paying a portion (deductible) for repairs. Deductible costs are anticipated to be $200. Final deductible costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the awarded Bidder and Department. Cross Café Anticipated Sales Volume (Appendix F) Food Prep and Grill Service: Provide breakfast and lunch services from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding State Holidays and administrative closures days.
