Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply all labor and materials to plow snow, salt (required at ACC) and sand parking lots when ice is present to any significant accumulation. b. Snow will be moved and piled to low traffic areas. In no event shall snow piles block visibility to the access or egress to the parking areas or other areas where traffic flows. Snow shall not be piled in such a manner that it destroys or damages landscaping. The contractor shall become familiar with the area prior to October 12, 2022. The review of the site shall include parking lot entrances, fire hydrants, and landscape areas. c. No snow shall be piled in drainage areas or over catch basin areas. d. All work shall be coordinated with the Civic Center Facility Operations Director. Work may be dependent upon Civic Center Schedule. e. Areas of snow removal include south parking lot, main parking lot; lower parking lot, north wing parking lot, South side of building between city street and South parking lot and kitchen area behind Civic Center by both loading docks.
