Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a Business Change Plan which: Documents the business changes made to the implementation of the new CCWIS; Ensuring CCWIS training materials clearly address any change to work processes resulting from the implementation of the new CCWIS system; and Shall be provided to the Department within sixty (60) calendar days of the contract period. Develop integrated training materials which: Include real life scenarios for how activities will be completed within the new CCWIS, based on the outcome of the Business Change Plan; Include eight (8) modules: Intake; Investigation; Case Management; Permanency; Finance; Eligibility; Administration; and Reporting. Shall be provided to the Department no later than November 1, 2021. Work with the Implementation Vendor to integrate the Department approved training materials into the CCWIS training
