(354,450sq ft) Priority of areas needing to be cleared shall be as follows: Main Entrance (Gate Guard entrance to AASF Gate and designated Parking area) 18,650 sqft The Flight Facility Bldg #260 is a 24/7 operation and contractors must be prepared to clear the designated areas at any time during the day or night. The facility Point of Contact (POC), Program Administrator and/or the Security Guards will notify the contractor when conditions warrant snow removal and sanding. FMS#3 (Building #250) Parking and driveway around the building should be made passable for a tractor trailer. The fuel island is the responsibility of the Department. The contractor will/may need to revisit this area after the Department has performed their snow removal around the building and fuel island. Motor pool and around Bldg #256. This is a secure area; the vendor will need to gain access by the building POC during regular business hours or the Security Guards during non-business hours. Parking area for Bldg #255, road around building #254, and gated area adjacent to building #251.
