The Daily and Weekly tasks must be performed at a minimum on 2 different days per week. This specific days/schedule is to be negotiated with the Program Administrator. Vacuum equipment i. e. treads walking surfaces, feet pedals, etc. Low and mid-level dusting (up to 6 feet) to include furniture. Remove fingerprints from doors, doorknobs, panic bars and kick plates. Clean all glass and glass doors to be clear of blemishes and fingerprints. Clean glass on the outside trophy cases and polish wooden exterior. Quarterly - During Months of January, April, July, October Deep clean tiled floor areas in bathrooms High level dusting (above 6 feet) Vacuum air intake and exhaust grills throughout the building Windex all exercise room mirrors Semi-Annually (2x per year) - Spring (Between March and May 30) and Fall (Between September and November 30 Clean ceramic floor tile and clean grout Shampoo all carpeting. Strip, seal and refinish tile floor areas, cleaning walls and baseboards afterwards Vacuum and clean all carpets & mats in common area Dust and remove insects from skylights & edges Clean interior of windows and skylights in common areas as indicated on the maps (Spring/Fall) Once by May 30- Once by Oct 31, all others will be handled by staff Yearly - Once, within 90 days of the start (or renewal) of the contract.
