Pleasant, IowaDepartment of Transportation maintenance garage to support winter snow and ice removal operations.The goal of the blending system is to allow users the ability to make custom blends of different liquiddeicing products with one system. The Department also desires the system to have the ability to recyclewater used to wash snowplow trucks after winter storms.
