All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to:. 1. When there is an Accumulation of Two (2) Inches or More of Precipitation, or the contractor’s services are requested, the Contractor agrees to clear and sand designated areas without interruption. The contractor may have to return to plow depending on the severity and duration of the storm. 2. All parking lots and access roads, sidewalks will be reasonably cleared no later than 6:00 am. If additional clean-ups are required, the contractor will need to return as necessary for issues such as snow falling from sections of the roof blocking the rear entrance to the assembly hall and drifting snow and/or melted snow. 3. The contractor may have to return to plow and sand multiple times, depending on the severity and duration of the storm. Contractor may need to return for additional clean-ups for issues such as snow falling from sections of the roof blocking the rear entrance to the assembly hall, drifting snow and/or melted snow. 4. Any time weather conditions create unsafe parking lot and road surfaces because of an accumulation of ice, such as melting and refreezing, and wind-caused drifts, Contractor shall initiate sanding/salting operations.
