Financial Institution Network Establish and operate a Financial Institution (FI) network that includes one hundred percent (100%) of the FIs in the United States who intend to participate. Work with FIs to ensure successful participation in the Department’s Asset Verification System (AVS) program to: Maintain a centralized processing workflow for all branch and subsidiary locations associated with the FIs or processing centers; Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and primary/secondary contacts at FIs in order to expeditiously solve problems during the implementation and ongoing operations phases; Encourage FI conversion to web-based, automated AVS request and response processing; Send all FIs in the State and those participating in the Department’s regional FI network, letters to notify them that data will be provided to the Department. Review procedures for accessing Asset Verification requests and for submitting Asset Verification responses; Confirm the current information stored in the data warehouse and make necessary revisions; and Encourage FI participation via the head office or processing center, rather than via individual branches. Maintenance and Technical Support Bug/Technical Support Provide live technical support to the Department via phone and email. All reported technical issues must be tracked within issue resolution software, which is accessible to the Department. Provide a dedicated support email address and phone number to allow Department staff to report system and data errors or issues. Coordinate with Department staff, as necessary, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to issues and/or concerns. AVS FI Support Provide live phone and email support related to the Department’s FI concerns and/or discrepancies, to all Department staff between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST Project Management Support Ensure Key Personnel are available: Via phone and email at any time should the Department have questions or concerns; and For in-person consultations upon Department request, with reasonable notice. FI Technical Support Provide live technical support to FIs either enrolled in or being recruited for AVS participation. Be available via phone and email between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST Coordinate with Department staff, as necessary, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions to FI issues and/or concerns. Training and Support Meet with designated Department staff and provide training to users, upon request, through the use of an approved virtual meeting platform.
