Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maine System on behalf of all the University’s campuses is seeking responses to provide Consulting Services as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s). The University is seeking responses for Consulting Services for the exploration of financing options, analysis of financial relationships through contracting, transfer or mitigation of risk, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of multiple properties and facilities at University campuses across the State of Maine. These properties and facilities include current assets and potentially new construction of residential housing, non-traditional student housing, University community housing, recreational facilities, childcare facilities, research facilities, parking facilities, energy facilities, undeveloped/underdeveloped property, among others. These projects could be for University use or public use. There is a wide variety in the size, scale and scope of the various projects.
