Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Sealed Bids (RFSB) is to procure the services of a reputable Alarm Systems Service and Monitoring Company to provide the City of Augusta with the services necessary to maintain our existing Fire alarm, intrusion alarm systems, and monitoring devices in full operable condition, to be consistent with industry standards related to Fire alarm, intrusion alarm systems, and monitoring devices and, to be done so to all equipment manufacturers recommendations, and as to any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The City expects that all Service Company’s bidding this RFSB possess the staff, knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this RFSB, to do so to industry standards, to manufacturers recommendations related to Fire alarm, security alarm systems, and monitoring devices, and to do so per any applicable law, rule, or regulation. The City does not assume to have included every minute detail, in this RFSB, but has made every effort to provide all bidders with enough information to bid on this RFSB.
