Administration Office: The project consists of the architectural build-out of an administration office located above the baggage claim area. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; modifications to and/or installation of new fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, security systems, and Photovoltaic System; and all associated architectural improvements. Architectural scope includes new floor plan layout, flooring, ceilings, finishes, and roof openings and repairs within the project area and adjacent spaces as required. The Contractor shall maintain the site throughout construction and perform all other work described in the Summary of Work and Contract Documents. Employee Roof Deck: The deck portion of the project consists of an employee roof deck adjacent to the administration office located above the baggage claim area. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; modifications to and/or installation of a roof paver system, built in bench seating, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, telecommunications, structural steel, framing, roofing; and all associated architectural improvements.
