The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, State of Maine, is seeking bids for commercial whitewater rafting allocations for the following rivers: 34 allocations for the Kennebec River Saturdays 3 allocations for the West Branch of the Penobscot River Saturdays The following terms and conditions apply: Bidders must hold a valid Maine Commercial Outfitters License and must not have any outstanding quarterly allocation fees or user fees owed from prior periods
