The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office (STPSO) is requesting sealed bids for Law Enforcement Uniforms &
Supplies. This contract is for (1) one year with the option of (2) two annual renewals. Orders will be made on an
"as needed" basis for new hires, transfers, promotions, stock items, etc. for the duration of the contract.
NO MINIMUM order specifications will be accepted for this bid.
St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office employs approximately 500+ uniformed employees. At a minimum, each new
hire receives (4) tops and (4) bottoms.
This bid is comprised of Nine (9) 'LOTS'. All 'LOTS' do not have to be bid on to be considered; However the following lots must be completed in its entirety in order for
the bid to be considered.

In the event of a tie bid, vendors will be asked to submit a best and final offer
**NOTE: All embroidery or patches utilizing Bar Gold coloring must consist of Fufu 561 thread for the purpose of consistency throughout the uniform line.

All uniforms ordered/purchased by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have Shoulder Patches, Badge
Patch, Collar Insignia, Rank Tabs, Embroidery, Reflective "SHERIFF", and/or Name Tape applied to designated
uniform(s) before delivery. Pants/Trousers must be delivered hemmed, unless otherwise notified. Softshell
Jackets are to have Shoulder Straps applied. Law Enforcement shirts (Class A, Class B) are to have microphone
and camera tab applied.
Bidders must meet all bid requirements to be considered. All items substituted must meet or exceed the published specifications of the
specified item(s) listed below. All bids must include full detailed specification sheets, or similar data, to support item being offered if different from product specifications. FAILURE to
furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive. Upon evaluation of bids received, bidders may be asked for a sample to verify that the item
proposed meets solicitation requirements. Requested sample shall be at bidders expense. Bid prices shall include delivery of items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided
Orders shall be received within 10 business days from date of order, or with approved extension by STPSO.
Prices submitted shall be the same for ALL sizes and colors in the same style. No upcharges for lager sizes of uniforms will be accepted. Vendor must indicate sizing method (i.e.: S, M, L or 00 - 44). Uniforms available in TALL/LONG must be specified.
Prices submitted shall be inclusive for ALL sewn, embroidered, attached, applied, hemmed, etc. of uniforms.
All awarded items shall continue to be of the same brand, color, and/or style for which prices have been
submitted. No changes or substitutions will be allowed without the written authorization from STPSO. Bid prices shall include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
St Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all Bids for just cause in keeping with La R.S. 38:2214B.
Bids must include the following items:

* Specification Sheets if product being bid on is different than items being
requested.

Failure to submit requested information will result in the Rejection of
the Bid for being non responsive.
