The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office (“STPSO”) is actively seeking and accepting sealed proposals (“RFP”) for Food Services Management at the St. Tammany Parish Jail, located at 1200 Champagne St., Covington, La. 70433.
A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND TOUR OF THE FACILITY WILL BE HELD ON DECEMBER 3, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. AT THE ST. TAMMANY PARISH JAIL.
Completed proposals must be received by the STPSO Purchasing Department, 300 Brownswitch Road, 2nd Floor, Slidell, La. 70458 no later than 11:30 a.m., December 22, 2025. ADDENDUM #4: PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 11:30 A.M. JANUARY 12, 2026
All proposals must be sealed and plainly marked with the following label on the outside of the sealed envelope/package:

Failure to meet the proposal opening date and time shall result in rejection of the proposal.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office shall have the right to reject any or all RFP’s for just cause in keeping with LSA-R.S. 38:2214(C).
You Must Provide the Following to be a Responsive Bidder:
* Base Bid
* Alternate Bid (if applicable)
* Original Signature of authorized represenative listed on the Corporate Resolution with the Secretary of State (signature must be original and in ink, photocopies or signatures in pencil will not be valid)
* Corporate Resolution or witten evidence of authority of person signing the bid.
* Louisiana License Number

QUANTITIES OF PROPOSALS REQUIRED:

◊ One (1) PROPOSAL COPY SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN DIGITAL FORMAT (i.e. USB DRIVE).
