The purpose of this contract is to establish a renewable contract for professional residence hall post move-out clean-up for Student Housing, located on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus, Lafayette, Louisiana, in strict accordance with the requirements in these bid specifications with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional twelve-month periods. The Office of University Housing is seeking a third-party vendor to do a thorough cleaning of all vacant residence hall rooms located on campus to include four (4) residence halls with room types that are 1 & 2 bedrooms: Bonin Hall consists of approx. 275 rooms. Coronna Hall consists of approx. 270 rooms. Baker Hall consists of approx. 277 rooms. Huger Hall consists of approx. 282 rooms.
