Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The Contractor shall transport airline ticket (or itinerary) holding visitors and residents from the designated Hotel Staging Center(s) (HSC) to the terminal of the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in accordance with the Hotel and Lodging Evacuation Plan in connection with City Assisted Evacuation (CAE). b) The Contractor shall supply a minimum of 15 climate-controlled shuttle vehicles (similar to those used for airport and commuter shuttle services) including at least 2 lift-equipped minibuses buses capable of transporting between 10-16 passengers and their luggage for the CAE and a smaller number of vehicles for other such incidents as determined by NOHSEP. c) The Contractor will supply appropriate support staff, supervisors and dispatchers for each day required. d) The Contractor will provide a locally based maintenance facility with mechanics, gasoline, propane and/or diesel fuel pumps distribution systems and be capable of self-sustainment during the execution of the CAE.
