Specifications include, but are not limited to: The requested Combustible Gas Indicator (CGI) must be transportable, multi-threat area monitor that simultaneously detects toxic and combustible gases, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and meteorological factors that affect the speed, direction and behavior of gas — for enhanced situational awareness. The CGI must communicate wirelessly to Honeywell’s remote monitoring map-based software. This software/CGI allows the user to see the real time threat readings, alarm status, CGI Status, map location of each CGI. The CGI must be able to be carried into a hot zone (Intrinsically safe Class 1, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D), be able to be set up on a perimeter or deploying it at a public venue — for hours, days or weeks at a time.
