Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK 1. Athletic Performance Center – One (1) cold plunge pool, one (1) hot tub (thermal plunge), and one (1) treadmill (therapy pool) – Two (2) visits per week. 2. Martin Hall fountain and quad fountain – One (1) visit per week. 3. Alumni Center Fountains – Two (2) cement fountains – One (1) visit per week. 4. Art Museum - Water Wall - One water wall – Two (2) visits per month. A. Contractor shall provide all labor, chemicals, and equipment, to maintain the fountains and water wall by providing the following services (at minimum): 1. Weekly test water, furnish and add chemicals as needed to maintain clear water. 2. Vacuum as needed and maintain water level. 3. Clean filters as needed. 4. Clean the tile line as needed. 5. Check the operation of the pumps, filters, and lights for continuous operation. 6. Provide labor to replace cartridges in filters when needed. (Parts will not be part of the contract) B. Contractor shall provide all labor, chemicals, and equipment, to maintain the cold plunge pool, hot tub, and treadmill therapy pool at the Athletic Performance Center (APC) and the following services (at minimum): 1. Visit the site two (2) times a week to check the water condition and add the necessary chemicals to maintain a sanitary water condition in the three (3) units. 2. Coordinate with APC employees in the training department to keep the three (3) units in 24-hour operation. 3. Drain, refill, clean and add chemicals as required to maintain a sanitary water condition in three (3) units. 4. Clean all filter cartridges and replace as needed. (Parts will not be part of the contract.) 5. Clean tile line as needed. 6. Report any mechanical or electrical equipment problems to the UL Facility Management Department.
