Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will provide three (3) 8-yard containers with closeable lid for July & August 2018 and for May & June 2019. Vendor will be required to ensure no spillage occurs during egress of park due to inadequate cover or receptacles. Vendor will be required to dump at an EPA or other health dept. regulated site. Service includes scheduled pick-ups on Mondays and Fridays. Vendor shall provide quarterly reports of tonnage collected and disposed of at landfills in connection with this contract. Reports shall be submitted to the park listed in this document. This purchase is contingent upon appropriation of funds by the legislature. If the legislature fails to provide sufficient monies to provide for these goods or services at any point prior to delivery of goods or services, State Parks retains the right to terminate at any time without penalty.
