Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Development and execution the overall marketing outreach and communication campaign strategy aimed at accomplishing the above goals for approval by Marketing and Communications. 2. Development and execution of a grassroots community outreach campaign. 3. Creation of ads, on-vehicles materials, and other collateral materials and placement of advertisements through identified media outlets as needed according to the approved marketing communications plan. 4. Development and execution of a social media campaign as part of the marketing communications strategy. 5. Development and execution of special events for the RTA. 6. Agency must present visual concepts of each ad for review/ approval by Marketing Communications. 7. Weekly reporting and tracking on marketing and community outreach efforts to Marketing Communications.
