OMV Lafayette Lawn Care Vendor to furnish all tools, materials, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to provide lawn maintenance for the Department of Public Safety, Office of Motor Vehicles at 3241 NW Evangeline Thruway, LA 71446 in accordance with the specifications stated herein. Vendor is responsible for damages caused to the building property during service. Lawn Maintenance to include: - Mowing of all open areas from building to and including fields on the north side of parking lot to Frontage Road and west side of parking lot to Montpellier Blvd and Loire Avenue. - Edging of sidewalks and curbs. - Blowing off walkways and parking lot (front and back) to ensure neat appearance. - Weed-eating around building and parking lot (front and back). - Remove grass debris. Timeframe for services to be performed: - Bi-weekly March through October (16 services) - Monthly November through February (4 services); OMV Lafayette Landscape Additional Maintenance: - Cleaning flower beds and trimming all trees and shrubs around the building two times per year to be scheduled upon request.
