Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cleaning is to be done 5 times per week, after 6:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, Thursday after 7:30 pm. Since we are open on Saturdays, it is acceptable if the Friday cleaning is done on Saturday night or Sunday anytime. Daily (5 TIMES A WEEK) Clean All Entrance Glass inside & outside with glass cleaner, including lobby door handles and door edges Sweep, Dust and Wet Mop* ALL Tile Floors Damp wipe table tops and seats in lobby area, hall area and directors office* Sweep Exterior Building Entrances to remove paper, litter, trash, gum, graffiti, and tobacco butts as needed Clean Water Fountains with a germicidal detergent and polish after cleaning All Trash Receptacles shall be emptied and trash removed to the dumpster located on the property and trash liners replaced Clean Kitchen Sinks, Tables, Counter Top, Cabinets and outside of Appliances in Break Room* Restroom Receptacles (soaps, paper towels and toilet paper) shall be filled in all bathrooms. Empty trash receptacles in restrooms and wipe door handles, faucets, and any and all surfaces, etc., with germicidal disinfectant cleaner* Clean and polish restroom mirrors Toilets shall be cleaned and disinfected on sides, tops and bottoms Wet mop and rinse restroom floors with disinfectant Restroom walls shall be cleaned to remove spots, splashes, etc. Scour and disinfectant all basins and fixtures; polish all bright work
