Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Meal service for 10 to 300 people –3 hot meals per day at City Hall and other locations withinOrleans Parish 2. Meal service for up to 301-3,000 people -3 hot meals per day at multiple locations within Orleans Parish, such as NewOrleans City Hall, Morial Convention Center, a City owned or operated warehouse, or Louisiana Superdome or any combination thereof. 3. Provide “Boxed Meals” to be delivered up to 3 times per day at multiple locations within Orleans Parish. 4. In addition to beverages supplied with meals and box lunches, the Contractor shall supply canned soft drinks, water, and other beverages suited for individual consumption at City request. 5. The Contractor shall supply cubed ice in 10-20 pound plastic bags in “reefer” trailers parked and operated by the Contractor at a location identified by the City. The City is responsible to secure and control access to any such reefer trailer and to distribute its contents 6. The Contractor shall provide all necessary kitchen facilities to include shelters, generators, kitchen equipment and water. 7. Once the contract is awarded, Contractor shall provide the contact information for dedicated customer service, of the local sales representative that will be assigned the City Contract and three (3) sample menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and boxed lunches.
