The selected Program Manager will be required to: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive service schedule for each site, coordinating across multiple providers. • Contract and manage partner organizations, ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are met. • Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, youth-centered programs (e.g., arts, workforce readiness, mentorship, life skills). • Maintain a centralized communication process between JJIC/school staff and programming partners. • Pay partner organizations for services rendered and invoice JJIC monthly or semi- monthly for costs incurred. • Submit monthly reports on attendance, engagement, progress, and any incidents or interruptions. • Submit monthly bank statement and accounting records of program account showing detailed transactions of all credits and debits. • Provide quarterly performance reviews of subcontracted providers including site visits and participant feedback
