Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (DISTRICT) invites qualified organizations tosubmit proposals to provide services for one of three components in the DISTRICT's WorkforceDevelopment and training & Placement Program (WDTP). The goal of WDTP is to create adiverse and talented workforce for the DISTRICT's capital projects and to increase the capacity ofsmall, women, and Minority -owned business enterprises. WDTP includes the followingcomponents: pre-apprenticeship training and placement, engineering & construction managementtraining and placement, and capacity building training and mentoring services for certifiedSmall / Women / Minority Owned Business Enterprises (SWMBE) in a business developmentprogram.
