Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by South Louisiana Community College (herein referred to as SLCC) for the purpose of obtaining Website Design Services. Having recently merged with Acadiana Technical College, SLCC is engaged in a rebranding campaign. An easily updatable, user friendly website will benefit students as well as staff and will serve as a promotional vehicle for the institution. The Contractor shall: a. Create a website that is user friendly and easy to manage. b. Create a web marketing strategy and web content that includes the SLCC logo, the new slogan (Know. Know How.), updated photography, and dynamic content. c. Provide a site that allows staff to easily access e-mail, forms and procedural policy information, allows prospective students to be directed to simple, concise onboarding information, and allows current students to be able to log into e-mail and course management systems and access notifications and alerts quickly. d. Provide training to SLCCs designated users (hereinafter sometimes referred to as Site Administrators or Administrator) so that they may easily manage and update content including current or future course management systems and scholarship tracking services.
