*In accordance with the above stated inspection frequency, the following tasks will be performed to the client’s wastewater pond system (as applicable): 1. Inspect and clean the bar screen; where applicable, and inspect the inlet and outlet flow rates. 2. Check all anchor eyes for baffles or curtains (if applicable). 3. Check all baffle curtains on ponds (if applicable). 4. Check the oil levels in the gearboxes. Inspect and lubricate the motors when applicable. 5. Check banks, levees and liners for erosion or damage. 6. Inspect the outfall pipe for leakage. 7. Inspect influent pipe throughout levee for damage. 8. Check all electrical components and wiring where necessary, if applicable. 9. Check AMPS on all blower motors, aerator motors and pump motors where applicable. 10. Inspect the contact chamber for sludge accumulation and clean chlorinator when applicable. 11. Inspect the chlorination unit and restock it with chlorine tablets, gas chlorine or dechlorination. Client provides supplies to restock unless otherwise specified in this Contract. 12. Inspect area for any possible excursion, illegal discharges or erosion. 13. Inspect area for vegetation growth and housekeeping check. *In accordance with the above stated Inspection Frequency the following tasks will be performed to the client’s wastewater lift station (as applicable): 1. Remove trash and floatable solids on surface in the lift station well section not over (6’) in depth, when operator accessible. Height accumulation and heavy accumulation will require additional charge. 2. Inspect and adjust, if necessary, the floats. 3. Inspect the overall condition of the well. 4. Inspect and clean the bar screen, if applicable; and inspect the inlet and outlet flow rates. 5. Inspect for trash and light grease removal. Removal of large amounts of grease will be billed accordingly. 6. Inspect all controls, wiring and control box for weather leaks or damage. 7. Inspect the operation of the simplex, duplex and triplex system station. 8. Inspect for vibration of pumps(s) or motor(s). 9. Inspect the belts/couplings and tighten bolts on pump(s) and/or motor(s).
