Services Required: 1. Video Production - Develop script and storyboard concepts to guide production, ensuring the narrative aligns with NOHSEP's goals and objectives. - Secure filming locations and obtain necessary permits with the City of New Orleans to ensure compliance with local regulations. - Capture high-quality video footage during NOHSEP activities, including but not limited to press conferences, community outreach events, training exercises, emergency preparedness campaigns and emergency response efforts. - Provide professional audio, visual and lighting setups to ensure clear, high-quality recordings. - Produce documentary-style videos, educational content and emergency preparedness highlights for both internal and public dissemination. 2. Video Editing - Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging and informative video packages as per NOHSEP's requirements. - Incorporate graphics, animations and other visual elements as needed. - Ensure timely delivery of final edited videos with clear, polished, and professional quality. 3. Photography - Capture high-quality still images of key events, personnel, and activities to complement the video documentation. - Provide images suitable for press releases, social media, and other promotional materials. - Edit and retouch photos as required to meet publication standards.
