Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisiana Schools for the Deaf and Visually Impaired campus comprises 116 acres and 22 buildings. Contractor is to provide security services to Louisiana Schools for the Deaf and Visually Impaired faculty/staff/students and/or monitor activities in dormitories, academic and administrative buildings, and campus premises as requested in accordance with provisions set forth for a period of July 7, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Award to be made on an all-or-none basis. Services shall be bid by the hourly rate. This hourly rate is to be inclusive of all Contractor fees, including deployment, training, supervision, administrative, payroll, etc. a. This service shall include, but not be limited to: Monitors activities in dormitories, academic and administrative building, and campus premises Ingress and egress control of campus Performs patrols on campus Monitors surveillance equipment in the Surveillance Control Center Compiles written reports of activities and incidents
