This proposal is to repair the trolley lift cable system in the paint booth. Position lift in the highest position Place supports on 4 corners, for safety, to prevent the lift from coming down Remove upper plate, Remove upright “C” channel Remove broken cable, Have new cable fabricated Fabricate new “C” channel post, Reverse process for installation We recommend changing at least 1 of the upright “C” channels (See pictures in e-mail body) We will examine all upright channels for this type of corrosion and recommend replacing where needed. See picture in e-mail. We also recommend replacing the other cable that is in the similar position but on opposite side. There is also 1 other cable that appears ok but that’s you call if you’d like to replace all three while we’re in there.
