1. The contractor shall provide all repairs and services to all Stellantis makes, models in the Stellantis automotive, S.U.V., and truck lines up to one (1) ton model trucks. The contractor may provide services for Stellantis vehicles above the one (1) ton model trucks, but it is not a requirement. 2. The contractor shall provide labor to install original equipment manufacturer parts and components that are manufactured by and/or approved by the Stellantis at the hourly labor rate quoted for repairs on the bid form. 3. The contractor shall provide and install parts and components manufactured by the Stellantis at the percentage discount off the manufacturer’s list price, as quoted on the bid form. 4. The Contractor shall provide repair parts sales at the percentage discount off the manufacturer’s list price, as quoted on the bid form. 5. Contractor shall perform all repairs and services to vehicles and equipment included under the terms of this agreement in a manner approved and allowed by the Stellantis’ labor time guide and service manuals. 6. Contractor shall provide service and repair technicians that are qualified and A.S.E. certified. (or equivalent) to perform all repairs and services in accordance with Stellantis specifications. 7. Contractor shall perform all repairs and services under this agreement in a manner approved and allowed by the Stellantis’ labor time guide and service manuals. 8. The contractor shall provide safe and secured storage for vehicles kept for repairs. 9. Contractor shall honor all manufacturers’ service warranties and recalls. 10. Contractor shall honor all manufacturers’ warranties and/or defects for parts and components installed. 11. Contractor shall arrange for and provide priority repairs and/or services to emergency public safety vehicles in a practical and expedient manner as requested. 12. Contractor shall perform road testing of repaired vehicles to ensure is properly serviced and repaired before its’ release. 13. Contractor shall provide the Equipment Maintenance Division with a estimate of repairs before authorization for any repairs are to begin. 14. The contractor shall notify the Equipment Maintenance Division of any additional repairs that are required before the additional repairs are performed. 15. Contractor shall provide wrecker towing services for warranty repairs, re-calls and come-back repairs at no charge if necessary. 16. Contractor shall provide a six (6) month warranty on labor repairs and/or services performed, and a twelve (12) month warranty on major component repairs and/or installations. 17. Contractor shall complete repairs in 15 days of notice to proceed, minus parts backorders. 18. Contractor shall provide a detailed estimate of work to be performed on a vehicle, in seven calendar days, if requested. 19. Percentage above the contractor’s cost for parts and components installed on City vehicles are to be capped at 20%.
