Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Youth Services, Office of Juvenile Justice (referred to hereinafter as YS or the State) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide residential services for youth who are under the supervision of Youth Services (YS). Education services shall be provided by the local school district within the attendance zone of the residential facility. Exceptions must have prior approval by the Office of Juvenile Justice. A Residential treatment program is a community-based structured behavioral treatment program which serves youth who have been adjudicated delinquent or in need of services. Contractor shall provide community-based services for the following regions: Monroe (Caldwell, Lincoln, Morehouse, Ouachita and Union Parishes).
