Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pace, the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority is seeking a firm, fixed price contract for the purchase, installation and implementation of an RMIS software solution as required in Exhibit A and D. Qualified vendor shall provide, implement, integrate and support a risk management information system solution that shall be fully functional and compatible with our current IT infrastructure. The RMIS shall operate as a standalone module and be fully flexible for future integration into any of the various popular ERP systems that exist on the market today. Pace Suburban Bus Service is interested in a vendor who updates the application in a timely manner and is developing its software with an aggressive Research and Development budget for improving the software staying ahead of changes in operating systems and productivity suites. The proposed solution shall include all costs related to any other software or tools required for a proper implementation within Pace's current IT environment.
