General St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation require softball uniforms for the 2026 Spring and Fall seasons. Orders must be available by March 1, 2026. The successful bidder(s) will receive a purchase order(s) for order placement. Since registration has not yet opened, we do not have an accurate accounting of sets to be ordered. However, in 2025 approximately 525 sets were purchased for each the Spring and Fall seasons. Term of contract is effective upon contract execution and shall be expire upon one year unless the option for renewal for another year is mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to expiration. Baseball Uniform Set • Reversible jersey • Side 1: Navy/Orange • Side 2: Orange/Navy • Belt (Navy) • Socks (Navy) Design Specifications • Jerseys must feature a full chest screen-print that reads “St. Charles" or “Little League.” Screen print instructions for each set will be provided upon order placement. • Player number on the back of jersey, one color – white. Number will be provided for each set, upon order placement. • No number on the front of Jersey Sizing Requirements Prospective bidders must have the ability to provide both youth and adult sizes as required in the bid form. Youth sizing to include: Youth XXS, Youth XS, Youth S, Youth M, Youth L. Youth XL. Adult sizing to include: Adult S, Adult M, Adult L, Adult XL, Adult 2XL, Adult 3XL. If additional sizing is required in variance to the sets listed in the bid form for specific items, the successful bidder shall provide a quote to the St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department for approval prior to order placement. Additional Requirements • The successful bidder(s) must maintain adequate stock to meet potential demand, opting to work with suppliers as required. • Prospective bidders are to provide pricing for one complete set in softball, including screen printing of logos, jersey number and wording as required in these specifications.
