Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security Services For Utilities And Lake Facilities to deter violence, aggression, theft, and vandalism by frequent visibility of and interaction with uniformed, armed security personnel. At Lake Stanley Draper security services are needed at and between the campground, Off-Road Vehicle Parking Lot, and marina areas, yearly between the hours of 1:30 AM to 7:00 AM. Officer shall continuously patrol these areas in the marked security vehicle. Officer shall patrol around the marina area, including the docks, at a minimum of once very two hours. Officer will be required to utilize the electronic key system. Checkpoints are located at regular patrol locations. The electronic key will record date and time at each checkpoint, activated by the key.
