The selected partner will be responsible for delivering services that include, but are not limited to, the following key areas: 1. Development of Educator Resources ● Capability to develop transition-focused resources and tools to be used by both school-level and district-level staff. ● Provide consultation and support to educators and leaders in adapting or creating additional context-specific resources. ● Collaborate with school-based teams to ensure successful implementation of tools and resources across middle and high schools. 2. Student & Staff Impact and Engagement ● Ensure that outreach and resources contribute to measurable improvements in student engagement with the transition process. ● Strong background in providing strategic and ongoing support to educators, leaders, and schools, specifically in the area of supporting students with disabilities with the transition from middle to high school. Familiarity with the local educational context in New Orleans and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with educators, school leaders, and community stakeholders
