Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Task 1 - Gap Analysis In consideration of the City’s goals and objectives, the consultant will: - Interview city personnel, - review, evaluate, and document existing modules, and - determine and document the functional requirements necessary to meet the business needs of City departments. The consultant, in collaboration with Finance, will identify deficiencies within the Infor ERP System that can be optimized, and propose opportunities for improved system design and efficiency. Deliverable The consultant will provide a Gap Analysis report which should include current business practices and areas in which current needs are not being met by the current Infor ERP System. 2. Task 2 - Action Plan to Optimize Current System The consultant will complete a comprehensive action plan to implement solution(s), including prioritization of solution requirements, suggested time frames for implementing solution(s), necessary City staff resources, and allocation of time. Deliverable The consultant will provide a detailed action plan report related to the implementation of solutions and the phases of each. The action plan will clearly detail City resources needed to implement the solutions, including assessment of staff’s current workloads in consideration of the workload demands associated with implementation of solutions, and identification of areas in which outside temporary help could be utilized.
