Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project management and coordination 2. System design assistance including the engineering drawings for both designphase and As-Built drawings after tenant systems are installed and accepted. 3. Management of Existing Systems Infrastructure and Associated Devices 4. System Equipment and Software Procurement Support 5. System installation, configuration, interface, and integration 6. System testing 7. Customer cutover 8. Operational and Logistics support including equipment sparing recommendations, warranty and maintenance services, and an on-site technician for troubleshooting of issues as they arise. 9. System Maintenance and Support of the systems described in this RFP. 10.Providing ongoing tenant system installation services for Adds, Moves, and Changes based on evolving or new tenant needs. 11.Billing and financial management of the Shared Tenant Services at MSY, including development of the STSP model, in coordination with NOAB staff. 12.STSP shall adhere and comply with the TSA cybersecurity requirements for airport operators. STSP shall have a cybersecurity program which will include policies, standards, and procedures describing measures and controls they are taking to improve their cybersecurity posture and prevent service disruption of their infrastructure and the infrastructure they manage. The program should also address how those practices are implemented, enforced, and reviewed and updated consistently. The program should also describe the cyber security frameworks being followed (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and list any applicable certification. 13.STSP shall have cyber liability insurance including first-party and third-party coverage. STSP shall be able to provide a certificate of insurance.
