The Contractor shall perform electrical repairs (low- and high-voltage) that are critical for the operations of any office or building. • All work completed under the scope of work must be completed by or under the supervision of a licensed electrician. All highvoltage work completed under the scope of work must be completed by a licensed high-voltage electrician. • As-needed repairs refer to any scheduled electrical repair that requires attention to restore functionality to a system. These repairs are typical when the workload has become very large, and additional manpower is needed. The successful Contractor is expected to provide all personnel, materials, and equipment, and perform all repairs on an as-needed basis. Facilities Management will give a 24-hour notice before the Contractor is obligated to comply with the request. These repairs may not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,00.00) individually. • Emergency repairs refer to any sudden, unexpected electrical issue that requires immediate attention to restore functionality and prevent further damage. The successful Contractor is expected to provide all personnel, materials, and equipment, and perform all repairs on an emergency callout basis. If the repair is expected to be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($2,500.00), the Contractor shall immediately notify the Facilities Management Director for approval. • On-call emergency repairs refer to any sudden, unexpected electrical issue that requires immediate attention after normal working hours to restore functionality and prevent further damage. The successful Contractor is expected to provide all personnel, materials, and equipment, and perform all repairs on an emergency on-call basis. If the repair is expected to be more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($2,500.00), the Contractor shall immediately notify the Facilities Management Director for approval.
