Technical Specification REMOVE, FURNISH AND INSTALL NEW COUNTERTOPS FOR THE KENNER FIRE DEPARTMENT STATION #37 LOCATED AT 1919 40TH STREET, KENNER, LA 70062 TS-1 An optional pre bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CST at 1919th 40th street Kenner, Louisiana. This meeting will be to discuss the scope of work and for the contractor to take any necessary measurements. Any interested vendors are encouraged to attend. TS-2 The contract will entail providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and tools to properly remove and install specified equipment. All equipment installed to be of new and current manufacture and is to be in proper working order as designed by manufacturer upon completion of job. TS-3 REMOVAL OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT: To properly remove & dispose of existing countertops and associated items. TS-4 EQUIPMENT: To furnish and install quartz 3cm countertops in the color cashmere Taj. Some areas require a 4” back splash and some areas will require a 10” back splash. Some areas will require an eased finished edge. There will be a 1-23” drop-in sink cutout.
