Airco VCS series tank or equivalent with a vacuum insulated stainless steel interior - Surge and back pressure build up prevention valves - Line relief valve set at 350 psi - Inner vessel rupture disc set at 375 psi - Automatic control to maintain tank pressure - Tank filling via pumping or pressurized transfer - Maximum allowable working pressure of 250 psi - Nominal daily evaporation rate of less than .4% (based upon liquid oxygen) - Minimum 1500 gall net capacity - All piping, tubing, instruments, and valves to be 304 or 316 SS 2. Liquid withdrawal port conveniently located at least twenty-four (24) inches above the pad and twenty-four (24) inches away from any obstructions for filling of a Dewar tank 3. 5000 scfh ambient air vaporizer. Aluminum construction output gas flow and pressure shall be regulated at 80 psi. Product Requirements for Bulk and Portal Dewar purchases: 1. Liquid Nitrogen Product Purity = 99.999% 2. Water Content = one (1) ppm maximum 3. Oxygen Content = five (5) ppm maximum 4. Dew Point = -100 °F or lower
