Description of SYSTEM SUPPLIER: A. Blue In Green SDOX 600 and Pacific Consolidated Industries DOCS 500. They shall be dimensional duplicity to the existing units at Helios and West Napoleon pump stations. Spare parts shall be interchangeable from existing sites at Helios, West Napoleon and the new locations. Two (2) existing control panels will be shipped to PCI for installation on generator skids. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder complying with all provisions of this invitation, providing the bid is reasonable, and in the best interest of Jefferson Parish to accept. Jefferson Parish reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in whole or part, any bids that are incomplete or do not meet the requirements of these specifications. B. System Supplier shall have been in the business of designing, manufacturing, starting up, and supporting Containerized Supersaturated Oxygen Delivery Systems for a minimum of 10 years. C. System Supplier shall have a minimum of 50 units operating currently that leverage the same gas dissolution technology as proposed for this project. D. System Supplier shall have individual units, operating in activated sludge treatment or odor control processes, which are designed and operated at minimum of 10,000 pounds of oxygen per day
