Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Procurement (RFP) is to secure a contract with a firm to handle public relations, marketing, graphic design work, and other responsibilities as described herein for Capital Area Transit System (CATS). The overall goal is to continue to position CATS as a premier, customer-focused transit system and to brand CATS as such. The firm would provide public relations, marketing, and graphic design work to highlight improvements, accomplishments, etc. that CATS has made. Additional goals include having the firm on retainer to handle crisis situations in the media and guidance to address those situations; developing marketing/campaign strategy; graphic design; and media planning.
