The scope of work associated with this project consists of the design, construction administration and related supplemental services for Rosethorne Gymnasium Project. The existing 16,900 square foot facility located at 865 Jean Lafitte Boulevard, Lafitte, Louisiana was damaged by Hurricane Ida. The Project will consist of the demolition of the existing facility and construction of a replacement facility of similar size, function and capacity. Jefferson Parish anticipates the project will require supplemental services/disciplines, such services may include but are not limited to: Geotechnical Investigation and Engineering, Topographical Surveying, Hazardous Materials Inspection, Materials Testing, Other Services as Necessary.
