Specifications include, but are not limited to: To obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified Proposers who are interested in providing professional rodeo staff and livestock each Sunday in October and on the third weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of each April to fulfill the obligations required of the events described. In the event that the third weekend of April falls on Easter, the event shall be moved to the fourth weekend. In the event of a postponement of the rodeo due to factors outside of the parties’ control, including, but not limited to a natural disaster or an outbreak of infectious disease, the services contemplated by this Contract may be performed on alternate dates as agreed to in writing by the parties.
